4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, designs, and content developed by IDMS during the term of our partnership are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

IDMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
