Clients may cancel their service agreement with 30 days' notice. Any work performed up to the point of cancellation remains due for payment, and no refunds are provided for work already executed.
Each client's success is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with our lead quality or system performance, please contact your account manager within the first 14 days of launch. We will work to recalibrate targeting and sequences to ensure they meet your ICP goals.
For prepaid lead bundles, we offer a replacement for any leads that do not meet your specified Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), provided the request is made within 7 days of lead delivery.
